There is so much to celebrate this time of year. Not just His birth but His everyday involvement in our lives.
This end of the year letter, we would like to do it differently and just share notes that were shared with us about the ministry in Mexico. “Please know, we did not ask for these comments.”We pray this will be an encouragement. This is what your prayers, work and donations accomplish.
I am so happy to see how we helped in an area building a church and now we come back and it is completely finished and full of people worshiping the Lord.
Thank you for continuing to serve the Lord in Mexico all these years. It has helped me stay focused on Jesus in my life.
3.Thank you for letting me come and serve for a week. God really opened my eyes and touched my heart. I am getting ready to leave for the mission field now.
Now we would just like to share a few things the pastors in Mexico shared about the work here.
It encourages me to serve the Lord when I see you down here. If we go to America it would be easy to do missions because the living conditions are better but you guys come here where it is a lot worse and you guys don’t complain.
I was about to quit the church but your ministry came and helped out. God heard my prayers. Please don’t stop your ministry to Mexico. It is a beautiful thing from God.
The ministry has done so much over the years. You have stood by us in everything when others left us.
Please thank everyone in America that make this ministry possible. It not only helped us start the church here but you guys were there to help me and my wife when we almost separated.
We are so blessed to have the ministry working with us. So many have come to Jesus because of you guys. The ministries compassion to help the poor get food, clothes has been a blessing here.
We still miss your dad. Your dad and mom will never understand the difference they have made and your mom is still making.
I (Brian) want to thank Mom for all she does. She keeps going no matter how sick she gets.
I pray this letter has been a blessing to you. It’s your faithfulness that has accomplished this:
People coming to Jesus, Poor having food and clothes, New Christians being discipled and people going to the mission field in other countries after the experience they had here.
I pray you have a Merry Christmas in what we call out here, “The Jesus Season”.
Blessings,
Brian & Shirley

A Christ filled New Year to each of you. A favorite New Years verse comes to mind at this time; “a land which the LORD thy God careth for: the eyes of the LORD thy God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year. (Deut, 11:12) We have here the assurance of God’s watchful eye this year. It is said of Asa; “And Asa did that which was good and right in the eyes of the LORD his God.” The Lord always looks good in our sight but we do not always look good in the Lord’s eyes. May this be the year he will look down and smile in approval as He says, “This is my child in whom I am well pleased.”
The Old roadster just turned over another click on the age speedometer. I think I am feeling it a bit. I did 2300 miles in eight days in December. That is enough to take out a much younger man. At the end of each meeting now, having clearly presented the gospel, I take a chair and sit in an open area. I tell those who are serious about trusting Christ to bring a chair and join me. During the 2300 mile trek 15 people did just that. I made it rather difficult for them but they would not be deterred. I did not want them responding just because there were loaves and fishes to be had.
Another meeting saw the front filled with people who were vowing to be fruitful for the Lord Jesus Christ this year. That should result in souls being saved.
On Christmas Eve, I loaded up on Coffee gift certificates and Gospel tracts and hit the mall. I placed tracts under windshield wipers at the mall and then talked individually with many people about the Lord Jesus Christ, the gift of Christmas. I saw that Santa had no children on his knee so I went over and shared Christ with him. Will Santa make it to heaven? Who knows! I came home about 4 PM Christmas Eve.
We enjoyed Christmas with our Family as we met around the tree and around the word. God was good to us.
This past Monday night I traveled about three and a half hours to do a concert and speak in one of our Federal prisons. I again took a stool and sat down at the front after having shared the gospel message. 25 men came up and spoke to me and told me they trusted Christ. I gave each a gospel tract to take back to his room. Some of these men were making sure of their salvation but some 15 men indicated they were making that decision for the first time. I do not know the hearts of men but I do know prisoners have a special pace in the heart of God. (Read Psalm 102) I am also grateful for a warden who wants the gospel preached. I faced a snow storm on the final leg of my trek home. I feel like Gideon who said, “Faint but pursuing.”
Please keep us in your prayers as we go to Harmony, Maine for the month of January. I plan to visit door to door and preach the gospel. I also want to encourage the family of God there who lost a real man of God to death in this past year.
Thank you for your prayers on our behalf and a special thank you to those who gave so sacrificially this Christmas season so that we can stay out there.
May God richly bless you and yours this coming year.
Keeping on keeping on for
Christ

Dear Prayer Partners,
Thank you for praying. I have found a radiator for the kitchen. Arrangements are being made to pick it up Saturday. It is shorter but longer than the one I took our so we should have a warmer kitchen. YES!
If you would like to read about what we are going to be doing in Lyon check our www.icc-lyon.org. Please pray for more children. We are prepared for 40 but only 10 have registered. Praise the Lord that he has burdened someone to take us to the airport and pick us up when we get back. That will be a savings of $264 leaving more to cover expenses in Lyon.

Greetings praying friend,
Just a few more hours and we will be boarding Swiss Air for our trip to France. Praise the Lord for the way that he has provided for all of our needs. Please continue to pray for team unity. There are only 17 children signed up for the Saturday program so we need to pray that more will come. Pray for the program on Sunday as well. Please remember to pray for our families too.
You can follow our trip by going to, http://fefcm.org On the left side of the page click on posts.
We appreciate you so much.

“Declare His glory among the nations, His wonders among all peoples.” Psalm 96:3
Dear Friends, January 2010
There is so much for which we can be thankful as we look back over the past year. The Lord has truly done great things for us, including the following:
• Our board was formed with individuals who have a burden and vision for this work. • Our purpose statement, bylaws, and statement of faith were written. • We were incorporated in October of ’08, and officially organized in February of ’09. • We faced no difficulties or setbacks in any of our state or federal applications. • We obtained liability insurance, much to the surprise of the insurance agent. • Our IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit status was granted in just under sixty days without any additional information requested. • Volunteers served in critical areas during our set-up process. • We were able to purchase the pertinent web domain names for WLM. • Training was conducted to equip believers to reach Muslims. • Many connections were made with key individuals in other ministries; we have a rapidly growing network. • God’s people – YOU – gave $36,240. • Numerous doors to various ethnic communities are wide open for future ministry. When the process of forming WLM began in July 2008, it was like stepping out of a boat onto a stormy sea. The only certainty was the knowledge that the Lord was leading. Eighteen months later, there are many reminders and illustrations of His faithfulness.
The first chapter of our story has come to a close. Thank you for the part you had in our beginning. As we move ahead, please be much in prayer that the Lord would be glorified, and would move in such a way that only He can receive the credit for what is accomplished.
By His grace,
Beth Wilson Ministry Director

Our dear Supporters and Praying Friends, Lamentations 3:22, 23(NKJV ) 'Through the Lord's mercies we are not consumed, because His compassions fail not, they are new every morning, Great is Your Faithfulness'. Just wanted to share this favorite verse with you and to let you in on some of the things the Lord has been doing in our lives and ministry. We have had a good and active summer in spite of the not so good weather. I believe only one of our student activities had to be cancelled because of the rain. On July 5 a Sunday, a good number of students came to First Baptist Church in North Berwick to attend the morning service and after, we went to Farmer Dave's and Lorraine's to enjoy their Strawberry Festival. On August 1 we took a group of students to pick wild Maine blueberries in Kennebunk, Maine On August 29 a Corn Boil was scheduled but had to be cancelled because of the weather Lord willing and weather permitting we hope to go on an Apple Picking Outing October 3 after which we will be going to South Waterboro Bible Chapel for supper and a devotional message by the pastor. First we'll give you the Good News. In August we were overjoyed when a Chinese couple with whom we've been meeting for Bible study, made their decision to receive Jesus as their Savior. Even though Satan has been testing them since that time they have a good attitude and are anxious to continue their Bible study with us on a regular basis. Thank you for praying for this couple, and please continue to do so. Pray that they will develop a real love for God's Word. We are still having two separate Bible studies on Tuesday each week and as of September 25 we expect to resume the Bible study with another Chinese couple on Friday evening. Baby Isabella was born into this family in June, therefore they asked for a break in the study for the summer months. Pray that we will see fruit in the lives of these believers as a result of believing God's Word. We are hoping to begin other individual or group Bible studies as the students see the need of them. We have made ourselves available to them. Other Good News! We have been blessed in a great way this very weekend by some of the Lord's dear people from the East Waterboro church. Two and a half pickup truck loads of wood were delivered to our yard! Isn't the Lord good? We wondered how we would manage to do the rest of the wood this fall with these 'old bones' giving us trouble. The Lord had it planned all along. Thank you seems so insufficient at times such as this. Of course there is always a down side to the news. We had word last week that our financial support level is down to 76%. The Lord knows about this too. For those of you who might be interested in having us come to your church to do an update on the ministry, we are available. Sunday mornings, evenings, Wednesday evenings, special events - whenever. Maybe it has been a while since we've spoken to your congregation maybe you have new people who don't know about the ministry of ISI. The need for doing ministry among the international students is still great. We would certainly hate to have to cut back what we are doing because of a lack of funds. Please bring this need before your praying people. We sincerely thank each of you for what you are doing to get the Word out, there are so many needs, and all of the missionaries seem to be 'in the same boat' when it comes to finances. Thank you from grateful hearts for your financial and prayer support. You do have a vital part in this ministry. Thanks for listening and thanks for caring. In Our Savior's Name, Phil and Erna
